截至2015年8月，DOAJ收錄的OA期刊總數(shù)到達(dá)了10488種，是2008年的3.3倍；其中6348種提供全文開放訪問，是2008年的6.2倍，分布國家達(dá)到134個(gè)，收錄了將近兩百萬篇論文[1]。根據(jù)另一個(gè)OA期刊檢索平臺(tái)Socolar的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，截至2015年8月，該平臺(tái)共收錄OA期刊數(shù)為11739種，包含文章13503317篇，而OA倉儲(chǔ)數(shù)目1048個(gè)，包含文章數(shù)10391241篇，平臺(tái)收錄文章總計(jì)23894558篇[2]。另據(jù)印度科技信息所開發(fā)維護(hù)的網(wǎng)站J-Gate統(tǒng)計(jì)，在其匯集的43033種電子期刊中，包括開放存取電子期刊21999種，含5453種純電子期刊(e-only-journals)，每天增加文獻(xiàn)1萬篇，總計(jì)文獻(xiàn)量超過4.44千萬篇，可開放獲取文章7.84百萬篇[3]。

 開放存取出版發(fā)展勢頭迅猛，論文數(shù)量不斷飆升。截至2013年底，通過各種途徑實(shí)現(xiàn)開放存取文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量占到當(dāng)年出版的總文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量的8.2%。據(jù)估計(jì)，2015年，OA文獻(xiàn)占當(dāng)年總文獻(xiàn)的比例應(yīng)超過15%。2014年，圖書館管理員和其他工業(yè)方面的專家，進(jìn)行了一場圓桌會(huì)議，評(píng)估了在未來十年內(nèi)，以O(shè)A形式發(fā)表的論文的比例將從15%增長到50%[4]。Lewis（2012）預(yù)測,未來十年內(nèi)，Gold OA將會(huì)成為學(xué)術(shù)論文發(fā)表的主要形式。在2017-2021期間，50%的學(xué)術(shù)論文將在金色OA期刊發(fā)表，2021年預(yù)計(jì)達(dá)50%，到2025年會(huì)達(dá)到90%[5]。不但開放存取期刊的數(shù)量大幅增長，期刊和論文的質(zhì)量也在穩(wěn)步提升。截至2014年7月2日統(tǒng)計(jì)，被SCIE收錄的OA期刊總計(jì)達(dá)到972種（附件-被SCIE收錄的詳細(xì)OA期刊名單），這些期刊同時(shí)都被收錄在DOAJ和Scopus Journal List[6]。其中2014年下半年和2015年又有一些OA期刊相繼被SCI收錄。因此，保守估計(jì)，目前被SCI收錄的OA期刊數(shù)量超過1000種。

    We compiled a list of all OpenAccess journalsincluded in ScienceCitationIndex Expanded 2013 (SCIE). The journalsindexed in the SCIE, the Arts & HumanitiesCitationIndex, and the Social Sciences Citation Index make up the journalcontent ofthe Web of Science Core Collection(aka «ISI Journals»). Almost all of the journalson the list received a JournalImpact Factor from Thomson Reuters.

    The list might offer someguidance when selecting ajournal for your next publication from the evergrowing list of Open Accessjournals. In addition, all journals on the listqualify for financial supportvia theOpen AccessPublication Fund forresearchers at Eawag and Empa. The Open Access Fundcan only be used to paycharges in journals indexed in the SCIE.

How this list was created:

    For the current list we matchedthe list of SCIE2013 indexed journals with the journallist from theDirectoryof Open Access Journals (DOAJ) (downloaded on July 2nd 2014). This list of972 Open Access journals was matched against theScopusJournalList toinclude the SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) 2013,theSourceNormalized Impactper Paper (SNIP) 2013, and a broad subjectclassification for eachjournal.

SNIP and SJR are bothcitation metrics that aim tomeasure the impact/influence of scientificjournals. Both are freely availableand are calculated based on Scopus data.The SJR journal ranking arebroadlysimilar to those generated byJournal Impact Factors.
